I bought an account over the weekend, the main server account is an ajna but the ascended account is an ori. After a god quest I found my main account wasnt the one registered to the ascended, is there anything I can do to resolve this?

i'm not, i'm getting rid of my old account, dont want that one hence the reason i bought a new one

Provide the ID's of all accounts involved.
That may help identify who they belonged to etc.

Ok well Noxseraph 2742 is the ascended account of Cleric Sindri who is in Perg so can't get the ID. But Cleric Sindri appears to be inactive by looking at his rank.

I don't know which ascended account would be linked to pigeon_strike but i'm sure there are some that would have it on a list somewhere.

thats what i thought, maybe a multi got mixed up when selling an account hence the current situation.

I just hope this can be sorted quickly

main account - 30059 - pigeon_strike
ascended account - 740 - code red

Them 2 account are linked together. I hope this helps in getting your account sorted.

Please note the ascended name may have changed since i last checked or if someone is trying to hide a multi account it may also have been changed, but the ID is 740.

name on ascended is still the same.. and god quested it to verify the main are linked (good work Gen. Chaos)..

Cause i think responsability of the purchase is under your hat!!

If that is the case then so be it i suppose, but would just like to get confirmation from the admin as to what is going on.

And my old account is now sold (redroth, normal : Dagnew, ascended) but cant access the ascended to change the details, any help on this would be appreciated, believe its a problem with the email, needs to be changed to ravenbf2@hotmail.co.uk if you dont mind
