This problem has been happening for a couple of days. Admin has been sent an email about it so sadly, until then, nothing can be done...sorry mate

Might be a deliberate block from admin to stop certain cheats from creating new accounts until their method of cheating is identified and fixed.

its broken...
admin's informed...
we'd have posted in this thread earlier had we known about it...
but it was reported in the section "other"...
there are a few other broken pages as well... like:
