Raiding banned accounts....question?

If i find a account that has been banned and am able to raid it would I get banned myself for raiding the account?
Silly question I know but i have heard so many different things on if you would get banned for it or not i thought I may as well ask....

Well i didn't hit attack just incase the autoban kicked in this is why i am asking

You hit any of my banned accounts I will bann your account.. Do not touch PHX, SuttleS, a few others..
