Ok, here's my story:

A few days ago I tried to sell my account but was scammed and lost it. I asked admin to look into it for me and was told by my officer that my account appeared Ostrasized. I expected this was a short term thing while the admins tried to sort it out but was informed today that my account was found to be a multi and was involved in the SuttleS incident.

Now I know for a fact that I have never multied although I have many friends in school who played at my school and home and also I played at theirs as you do, my fiancee also played for a time. These accounts however are long dead as they never really got into the game. I know this excuse has been used countless times before by so many others but in this case it is the truth. I would swear this upon anything.

The second accusation came as an even greater suprise as I have never traded with SuttleS for UU or Naq ever, in fact, he approached me to sell to me and was turned away with his unwelcome wares. I have traded rarely for $ but have always payed market value and never been given cause to find the rates suspisious especially as most of those who I traded with had Trade Feedback threads.

I may not be well known ingame or on forum as I am barely active on here and keep to myself ingame so I have very few who can vouch for me, although there are some, I hope who will.

I have come here to beg admin to return my account and to ask all who know me to email admin (urgent@stargatewars.com) or post here in my defence.

Ive know LOD for a long time, he was in my alliance for many months. And ive had many many chats with him. Ive never known him to do ANYTHING below the belt, and he is an amazing guy. He is honest and trustworthy.

I have no doubt in my mind he has nothing to do with this crap.

First off I must tell you that banning an account for someone elses misdeeds is one of the most dreadful things the admin can do. Secondly, they back up their first errored claim with a shared ip thingy. The admin should have been delighted that you were introducin new blood to the game. Instead they turn around and ban you from it. This is an attrocity of the highest order. This should be broght to the highest level in the admin and challenged thoroughly. And I will back you 100%. Take heart my friend and prepare to challenge this judgement!

Ok apparently I share the same IP as SuttleS, this is impossible because I am not he, I was playing long before amy of the SuttleS business even started.

Anyone happen to know how this could have come about please?

Could suttles have gotten hold of your account when you lost it. If he had logged into your account then it would indicate the 2 ip addresses in the one account and suggest to the that you and suttles were the same person with 2 accounts.

I would say that it is quite possible that it was Suttles who scammed me under a different MSN addy yes, I will put that idea forward and see what comes of it.

I'm kind of desperate atm, I used to love this game and just want to get back to playing.

Is there a chance that suttles got control of the account some other way. Has your account ever been "misplaced" before. If so make sure and detail it in case the previous argument doesn't work. Anyway hope it works out OK.

if you play at school/college, is it possible suttles goes to the same school/college?

i give you my full permission to belt the crap out of him if thats the case.

Thank you all for your support, I don't think we were in school together because I was under the impression he was American (don't rightly know there I got that from) and I'm from the UK.

I've PM'd SuttleS asking him to post here to clear up that issue, a copy of the message I sent is available if you want to see it, I will make a screen shot. Hopefully he will show some good and post here.

SuttleS cant do nothing! He's all talk. He can't access other peoples accounts unless he scams them out of their login details. He can't delete accounts like he claims because he threatened 2 people with that and nothing became of it.

Yes he is American.
And PM'ing him is/was a waste of time i'm afraid because firstly.... no-one on here will believe a word he says, and secondly... his forum account has been banned!

If you have ever needed to use proxies due to school or work blocking sites this could also be the case since he used proxies a lot I believe.

Not so far as I know, my school never got around to blocking SGW.

What confuses me is why, if I were SuttleS and able to do as he does (apparently creating resources and multiple new accounts), I would have wasted time repeatedly emailing admin, waiting to talk to him at the admin meeting and creating and monitoring a thread here. If I were SuttleS would I not do as he seems to have done so far in leaving banned accounts and just making new ones with new resources?

Would it not be possib.le for admin to bring my account back and monitor the activity over a period of time (unstated to me of course) to allow me to prove that I am doing nothing wrong?

this is aload of... admin you have got this wrong.

LOD isn't a cheater, hes a very nice guy, trustworthy and honest.

i hope this all gets sorted out as it is a complete misunderstanding.

if LOD was SuttleS wouldn't he create bucket loads of resource?
