Agreed its 100% tasteless and if it was my friend I'd be completely apalled, but is it a rule? No... and I heard 3 warnings is 1 week ban?

Will the rule "don't make fun of dead people" be added?

edit: Before someone calls me out on it, I'm not defending making fun of people who've passed away... just ask my right fist what happened to the last kid who made fun of someone in front of my face
however... rules are rules, right?

Members of the SGW community are required to speak courteously to others. Personal attacks on members are not tolerated. This includes comments about one’s sex, gender, skin colour, religion or cultural heritage. For exceptions to this rule please see the role playing section (section 6.)

if he's dead. you can't call an insult on his account, because he doesn't have an account anymore.

Consequence:
Minor infringements such as throw away comments, may be ignored or a polite note from a moderator will be issued requesting the user tone it down. More serious cases will result in the issuing of warning points. Very serious comments will be given more warning points. This will be judged with input from the Ombudsperson, Forum Administrators and Moderators.

But keep in mind, as it was a hoax, the merrickwazoo account was intended to be a very, very racist/religious attack to make us as a community hate Muslims. Such a racist attack does warrent 3 warning points.

Any form of racist attack warrents a lifetime ban in my eyes, Fortunatly for Merrickwazoo, i dont make the rules.

I found his posts verry offensive and think he should be banned forever, so offensive in fact that if i met him in the street I would have beaten him with a crowbar

I think it's an unwritten obvious rule that apparently has to be written because of such *selfmodded*.
Seriously we see more and more dipsit people around that's depressing, coming back or just joining the fools wagon. Didn't read his posts as was edited before I do but from what I got he both did racist linked comments and insulted someone who is dead, seriously...how could it be worse?
This guy deserves a permaban and IP ban.
