Race total power???

What Units Is the race total power in. Because If its in the tril range its too small and if its in the Quad range its way too big!
Can someone help me out? Its a interest thing.

Either no one knows or cares enough to fill me in.
My theory is that the calculations used to work out the total race powers is F***ed
