If he cheated, then it`s was the right thing to Ostracize him.
Besides he was qutting anyway... looks like he retired earlier.

Most likely, yeah. Apparently Omoc has been banned for tamper data too.
Its probably some newer auto-ban update after the whole Scuttles incident....except its a little too over-zealous
