Ascended Phasing

I was massing someone on ascended, and as usual, they phased eventually. THAT TURN they logged on and hit me back a couple of times, even though they were phased. when I proceeded to return fire, I still could not hit them. If someone gets phased, shouldn't they not be able to hit back until at least the next turn?

ummmm Jason is an idiot? Jason doesn't care? Jason has no F***ing clue about game design? Jason wouldn't know a good update if it bit him in the arse? Jason has his head shoved up his fourth point of contact? The only reason I am sticking around is to say I told you so to him when the game crashes.

Mojo, I sense that you have something to say, something that you are holding back from the SGW community, maybe it is time for you to let go, release it. say what you want to say and inform the world.
