they are made randomly when you use your MTs to make a planet the best way to get one is to steal it

of course you have to be prepared to be sat on cause duals are often in realms of strong players that will fight for their planets no matter what.

No one knows past 16 ascensions, at least to my knowledge anyway. Here are the names in order:

Living God+3
Living God+4
Ancient God
Elder Ancient God
Ancient God of Legend
Immortal Ancient God
Timeless Ancient God
Prince of Timeless Ancient Gods
