Finding planet cross main normal/perg realms

I don't know if this is in fact a big or something I have just not seen before but it doesn't seem consistent with the Perg to Normal Realm isolation and I cant take a planet from someone (if I wanted to) that is in main. However and this be the main point, a planet was taken from a player I know and abandoned however said player had a beacon and when activated this was found by a player in Purgatory. Neither the attacker nor Defender are or were in perg one being too large the other, well just isn't.

The player finding the planet was however in the Purgatory realm. Should this be possible, I asked a Mod and they directed me here, if it isn't a bug then this should be changed IMO else what is the point in the isolation if our planets can be found but not retrieved. Please look into.
Thanks.

I don't think its a bug, the planet was abandoned the idea behind the beacon wasn't to get the planet back, but just to let u know where it was, incase you wanted to get it back, if it was abandoned and a player had his MS out and found it, and then went to perg thats fair play, and normal game play,

The same way if the owner of the planet just abandoned it themselves then wanted to know who got the planet at a later date.

No I realise the Beacon isn't there to automatically bring it back it is to locate it again.
