stuck on Zero

The time till next turn is stuck on 0. Game time is still moving, and more annoyingly, so is my ppt time.
I don't know how long theis has been going on, i noticed it straight away when i logged on

This is more than just a minor glitch. All those poor people on PPT suffer greatly, it would be nice to know if someone is trying to do something about this.
