bug with planet?

hey my id is listed but my base up is 20k and i have an income planet that gives 7k but if i upgrade it it doesn't upgrade my up at all. it should give me all of the bonus but it's not. bug?

Planets only give 50 percent of natural stat, IE 20k UP should give you 10k bonus I do believe, unless there are multiple UP planets then if I remember correctly it only gives the average of the planets up to 50 percent or some crazy bit like that.
