Power Up Page Question?

Is there a max level to how many times you can upgrade something.

no. It just gets more expensive the higher you get. At certain levels (100,500, etc) have major jumps in cost.

As far as I know there is no max cap,,,, but admin said that certain stats, like constitution, will never reach 100%
