The GBU-43/B Massive Ordnance Air Blast bomb (MOAB) (Also known as the Mother Of All Bombs) is a large-yield conventional bomb developed for the United States military. At the time of its development, it was touted as the most powerful non-nuclear weapon ever designed. The bomb was designed to be delivered by a C-130.

Since then, Russia has tested their "Father of All Bombs" and has claimed it to be four times more powerful than the MOAB, although the legitimacy of the Russian weapon's size and power has been called into question. I for one don't belive that.

It was design as replacement to the BLU-82 'Daisy Cutter' and is GPS guided.

I have seen the 'video' for FOAB. It looks like a hash of several video.

I agree, that so-called FOAB test footage is of too poor quality to be trusted. But the MOAB - ooooh baby! that's a thing of beauty. Gives a wonderful combination of precision guidance with large-scale destruction.
