I have 900Bill covert and i can't see anyone. How much % of someones covert do you have to see someone. It seems that i can't see anyone. Any tips??

300% and 500% but you can recon somebody (wont get any stats, but wont fail) with like 1% of their covert level lol.

How does god questing work? what % of there covert do you need to be able to see who they are on main?

There's no real set %, but I've been able to GQ someone with like 5x my covert.

yeah you can spy almost everyone and you don't need a big covert

When Spying, as long as the modifier percent is less than 110% you can successfully spy them.

1% thing is true, depends a little on power up covert level or something too i think because it varies slightly. I've done it without failing on somebody with 1/170th my covert before.

Works exactly the same for god quest, i didn't test when u actaully start seeing the stats though lol because u can always increase ur covert a bit more.

True most of the time but that doesn't mean you won't succeed if u spy somebody with a 110% modifier. Also if they trained an extra 5billion covert planets it won't change their modifier until the next turn...for example.

I also heard that the ???? go away and you can see their size and DMU on the Cosmos page if you have 10x their covert power, but I'm not sure. Can anyone verify that?

Well that above sentence fragment didn't really make any sense to me. i was just stating what ive heard, not guessing. so it's 300% of their covert to spy them, 500% to see them on the battlefield?

300% to see their dmu 500% to see planets, and I'm not sutre the amount to see trained planets.
