lol....I must say, this is too funny. I tried to warn you NoobOn, but you simply wouldn't listen, so now it's on...
I started my account last year. Although not at first bitten by the SGW bug, finally after trying again, it bit. I began building my account and starting really getting into the game.
My friend "The Black Rider" is also my business partner in RL, and after watching me play "this stupid text based game" as he called it, he eventually wanted to see why I was having so much fun, so he created an account.
By that point, I had started an alliance and so invited him to it.
We both work at the same location, and I play on my work computer, he on his cellphone. He always wants to use a company computer but I informed him that we would need an IP exception to do it, and I really didn't want the hassle because my girlfriend also got into the game, and I had already requested and got an IP exception for her.
So, getting to the reason for the accusation.
Zakhaev (NoxOn) leaves 260B Naq in the open with a 0 defense and I take it.
Zakhaev (NoxOn) messages me threatening to mass me, and take all my planets.
I laugh and tell him that perhaps next time he might want to build a defense.

He messages back very rudely and basically tells me that we will be at war.
Ok, so I come off my PPT in the morning, get to work, and proceed to attack him every turn change.
The Black Rider also get's on and begins attacking and raiding.
I then get a message that Zakhaev (NoxOn) is going to report me for multi-cheating.
I try to explain the error of his ways, but he persists by posting this here.
I will back all this up if requested. Hell, I can take a picture of me and my friend playing. Him on his cellphone, me on my machine.
For the record, I'd like to point out that Zakhaev (NoxOn) is receiving about 3B naq/turn from his commander who has been ostracized(banned) for cheating. I am a little curious as to how another player can benefit from a banned account, and I'd like it if the admins look into this.
