ok here it is...

if say i was buying uu's in bulk.. and i see there are people selling 1mill uu's for 750bill per mill uu's so say i was buying 5mill or more what amount of discount if any would i expect to get? i know it would be up to the indvidual seller but in general what what discount would be expected? id also like to hear what players would think is a fair discount...

like you said depends on the traders, at my level of trade you won't see a discount till 10 maybe 15 mill UU. At others you may see discounts at 1 mill.

tbh most people wouldn't give you a discount as they're only selling for a profit the majority of the time, me myself i sell at low rate like 65 bill per 100k, 75 bill per 1k at, as that means i get faster buyers.. also it means that smaller accounts get to grow faster too as the rates are more reasonable and if they try and rip you off, or make you pay to much just mass them.

there is i think or will be a crackdown on people raising the market prices soon!

A fixed rate for me. Just because is quicker (no messing around).

The asking price varies with:

1. Current market rates
2. How fast i want rid of UU's
3. Competition (are most people buying or selling)
4. If im in a good mood

In that order. Simple.
