If you were given the choice of any airline in the world, and any destination, where would you go right now if money was no object?

Ok, you can take someone with you as well, but they must consent (e.g. no stealing Angelina Jolie from Brad Pitt).

I'd catch an Emirates flight and fly first class to Singapore, then get on a Qatar Airways flight from Singapore and flying first class to Rome.

Once there I would eat rent out a Villa somewhere not too far out of the city and I would spends my days eating Gelato and my nights eating amazing seafood and pasta dishes :p

I'd eventually get to the Greek Islands after a couple of months of living the Italian dream . I here Crete is very under rated.

I'm not a fan of laying on a beach all day. I can do that where I am now :p

Crete is lovely. Lovelier still is the fact that, as you say, it's still very much undiscovered and underrated by the majority; ergo less screaming kids and boozy stag nights.

Personally, I'd head to the far east. The Forbidden City in Beijing, the bustle of Tokyo and the legendary Taj Mahal. I'm one for sight seeing, as you might have guessed.

i could not answer this question in any short order. Travelling is me and I am Travelling. If I had the time, to do it I would always be on my way to somewhere new.

One of my goals in life is to see most of the world, because I love culture and different cultures, history, all the forest's and jungles...just life and the world basically. SO far ive only had the pleasure of racking 13 different countries under my belt, but on a side goal I intend to beat my grandparents (its not my main motivation, but its like an extra added intention) who have both been to just over 35 countries. I intend to hit the big 40 mark by the time im 65.

well nuto you know where i want to go and im not gonna say it for reasons unknown to the majority so...

1. auld good ryanair to rome then spend entire year cruising mediterraneans.
2. alitalia (friend always flies with them, so that's why) from madrid to carcass and then an entire year cruising caribbeans

Sure other places have things that QLD lacks, but they arent the same and just wouldnt measure up You cant beat australia and QLD is by far the better state

Besides here, im on a country road (kinda) not to noisy not to quiet, I have a river about 30m away from my house and a waterfall about 3km away as well. King parrots and rosellas (sp?) live in my garden (also my cat dosnt attack them ) they will even come into the house and eat out of your hand im within easy driving distance of everything, can go to 3 different islands, even if just for a day trip, can easily get to either north or south coast. Granted im not exactly on a beach or even "close" but then im not a beach fan

Other countries would be fine to visit, but I dont think I could stay anywhere for more than a week or 2 except here

for me? first? Normandy, France. then travel all throughout Europe (preferably with a lot of hiking) to visit the various battle sites from both world wars. and probably some other wars (Napoleonic springs to mind).

already done that. Somme, Pashendale, Vimmy ridge, Ypres, The Meinen Gate, the Hawthorn crater and many more.

Before I wanted to travel around the world but not anymore, mosquitos and all those annoying creatures live on "paradizes". I've visited north east Spain and it was nice, we had a holidays house there and I enjoyed it when it lasted! Italy (Roma) was ok, but now as I said place I'd like to go are The Netherlands. How long? I don't know lol, depends.
Otherwise, nothing much in my mind.

I would love to go to Japan too, go back to Greece and probably the USA. There's so much to see it's hard to know which is really best as a holiday.

Crete is nice. I was there when I was younger and enjoyed it a lot.

Spain is alright.. too hot for me.

If we're talking about going back in time....

I'd love to walk around Ancient Rome in the time of the Roman Rule. I'd have to be invisible though, because I don't think I would slip through unnoticed with the modern clothes we wear today. I can't see anyone buying my time travel strory so I will probabaly be killed for beinga spy. Fed to some lion. Who knows.
But from what I could see last year in Rome, it would have been an incredibly beautiful and extravagant place to be. White marble everywhere.
