As people get massed, that should go down because UUs are killed in battle, so it shouldn't just keep going up, while uus are being(more then whats giving life to from the whole servers turn Unit Production)

Its set from the biggest accounts in game, you would need to have all the top army sizes in the game massed down a good 30 or 40 mill UU before it would take effect.

Also how does it effect you, you are not being hit by the plague etc....

Unless it has changed from a while ago, it goes up a set amount per day. Never goes down, and isn't based on the growing army sizes.
If nothing has changed..these are the numbers..

136,987 cap growth per day for perg
273,972 cap growth per day for buying
410,959 cap growth per day for raiding
547,945 cap growth per day for plague

It would be nice if it was actually 'dynamic' and went down every now and then, but I don't believe it is.

So I am going to assume the cap updates at midnight server time..

It jumped from:

296,438,356 -> 296,986,301 = 547,945 plague
222,328,767 -> 222,739,726 = 410,959 raid
148,219,178 -> 148,493,151 = 273,973 trade
29,643,836 -> 29,698,630 = 54,794 preg

I assume it is still updating dynamically.. Just that we need a super server war to really see an impact. I also suspect that it is largely based off say the top 1000 ranked players.. and that overall.. the 'minor' skirmishes in the game between say two or three alliances will not affect it too much; if at all. We are seeing it go up all the time.. after all. People are also geting bigger UP all the time. I suppose that is another way to tell. Give it another month or two and see if the update rates are going up or not.

Comparing my numbers with munchy's though.. they seem the same except for preg. I wonder what happened there. I think at one point, I saw the preg limit was at 40 mill? but got lowered? I think they made that change .. somewhere along those lines.

The rates of change are exactly the same from when the caps came out(which was months ago), with the exception of perg, which must have been changed with the last perg update(as you just mentioned, so that accounts for that), meaning that they are not dynamic..they go up a set amount per day. He just picked weird numbers to go by.

i thought he said they would go up based on the largest accounts ingame's UP?

He may have said that, and he may have intended to do that, but they don't.

Oh im fairly sure your no where near that cap.
