As requested on Wednesday's Admin chat here are the details of the Game Lag and Forum Error which occurs the same time every single day for at least the past month.
The game lags for 10 minutes from 03:11am to 03:21am GameTime every single day without fail. The game does not crash, and there are no error messages appear. Basically If I go to the game and click on a link at 03:11am the page will sit there trying to load the page until 03:22am when the page will then suddenly load. No errors at all.
Then at approx 03:30am these SGW Forums will go down with a General Error. It remains like this for several minutes and is back as normal by 03:37am.

I did not take a screen shot ingame during the 10 minute lag because there is nothing to show.
As I said in the Admin chat, this could be some sort of database back up occuring at the same time every day, however I'm pretty sure it hasn't always done that. I've only noticed it the last month or so.
The times that I have mentioned are all Game Time.
It's not a big problem for gameplay because it is only 10 minutes, however, it is a little disconcerning that you are not sure what it is and that's why I have brought this to your attention.
