Cosmic Expansion Rate

Hey!
I was wondering why my cosmic expansion rate falls?
A few weeks ago i had more than 35mil/day and now
Cosmic Expansion Rate 28,658,976 planet / day
And if I upgrade charisma or buy fleets it gets lower and lower.
But if I click on introspection, it says
Cosmic Expansion Rate 51,469,148 planet / day
Why?

From the cosmic development page:
Note: When your total realm size exceeds 2 billion planets, your rate of growth slows...This affects just new planet finds, not current planets.
Think that answers your question....hopefully

yeah, I think they need to bump the limit to 3 or 4 mil. Lots of people are at 2 mil now. See what I can do at the admin meeting

Jeah, it's stupid, I'm ascended for more than a year now heh:D

If you have never changed it
It will be the same as your log in to main as you will have the same name, email and password untill you choose to change them ( if you so wish)

its because your over 2 billion planets
your CER drops as you go over it and the further you go the lower it becomes....
