The Black Market doesn't work...PayPal confirmed the payment was sent and received, yet no items have been given to me. I emailed the admin a week or two ago with no response yet - what is going on? ...

PM me with your ID, email address, and any relevant information. I will forward this case to the proper person, as it does deal with currency.
