Planet multiplier bug or a programming bug?

Hello, i was spying on an indivudal, and the intel report was very weird when it got to the planets

I did notice the naming of the planet had many ";" 's
eg name of first planet is "1;2;3;4;5;6;7;8;9;0;"
This occured at 05:25 game time on April 29
