Alliance intell logs

Well I figure if we can see our officers intel logs, then why not make it so the alliance can see the members intel logs as well as the attacks.

Because it is not needed,
It would also completely remove the entire point of teamwork,
1 member builds a super covert goes and spies everyone else, alliance gets lazy.
