I have always played honestly and I was in the middle of ascending when it happened. I had all my UU untrained, all my guns sold, but my roommate wanted to check on an important trade he was expecting. I had over 200 minutes of PPT left, and was waiting for a friend to come online so I could do my brokers, so I signed out (thinking I would only build more resources as I waited). When my roommate finished what he was doing, I tried to sign in again, and I got this...

"That account is suspended, pending investigation for suspected cheating."

What caused this to happen? Can AdminMark please look into this? As far as I know, I have never done anything wrong and would like to get back to playing with my new found powers of being a Prophet

You need to provide your ID (as in the number not name) for adminMark to look in to this otherwise he won't know what account you are talking about.

And it could be something to do with the fact that you were first logged in to your account, then you signed out and your room mate logged in to his account straight after using the same PC and therefore the same IP. That's my best bet.

Yes it was Ghost Punisher that first reported it in another thread, since I only just got forum access about an hour ago, so I was not able to post myself till now.

My ID=4818 I have been playing for a very long time now, with no changes in tactics or game play, I just do my own thing.

As a side note, not sure if it means anything, but my roommate has an IP exception, and we have done trades in the past (all completely honest trades at current market rates.) and we have never had any problems with it.

Thank you clarkey for your response, I hope this gets cleared up soon, I would like to resume playing.

did you get the IP exception for the pc you where using when you got banned or another pc.

This is the same PC, but I have moved since I got it. Even though I moved, it still has not affected the trades I have done. Maybe they just caught up with it?

Would a new IP exception be needed, or even possible?

Im not to sure but i think because of the move. The ip might have changed with the network when you moved. I dont kow that much about ip's but i dont think the ip is from the pc, its from the internet connection. Therefor if you moved you would have gotten a new internet connection and then the ip would have changed.

I could be wrong but thats what I think.

it was auto ban script - wont say it failed, but it did act oddly. checking that.
