I recently opened up my officer slots and began accepting new officers. I currently have 7 officers, who are being supported by a 21 bil income.
Now, 21 bil x 30% is 6.3 bil. So that means, my 7 officers are currently sharing 6.3 bil of my income (900 mil per officer). The problem though is that it doesn't seem that simple.

My officers are barely getting anything, yet my income is still down by those 6.3 bil. In particular, one officer who is a Messiah, with 21 mil miners - only has an income of 2.16 bil.
A Messiah with 21 mil miners, alone, will get approximately that much of an income. So my question remains simple - who is stealing my 6.3 bil naq, as my officers surely aren't getting it

I have lost almost a bill income joining under Nero. When I joined him I was his only officer and I still had less income then before when I had no commander.

Have you shared an IP with your officers at some stage in the past? if so then it's not supposed to give you a bonus. That's the main reason i can think of for not getting a bonus as part of an officer system.

Nope, all of my officers (except for dazman and disturbed_one) I have not even seen before. Nevertheless, unless my account was hacked by these people, I doubt I would have ever shared IPs with them. Something I do notice though is that I'm getting the bonus I should be getting, but that still isn't fair to my officers who aren't getting any of the naq I'm already losing.

Nope I haven't done any hacking lol, I'm 100% sure we have never been on the same IP.

well, sometimes changing the officer setting to 10% and back to 30% will reset the income correctly, but i am guessing you've tried that already...As for the IP thing then you only have to have shared an IP once for the rule to kick in even if it was a long time ago.

The problems you have are exactly what you would have if you had shared an IP, all i can suggest is E-mailing admin with all the details and ask him to check if the accounts in question have somehow triggered the shared IP rule. If it's not that then at least Admin will have something to discount and he can look for other bugs and hopefully get it fixed ASAP.

Well considering I live hundreds of miles away from Nero, I don't think it's an IP problem.

anyone else getting this? i did not change income code, so dont know why it would suddenly stop working...

if someone can confirm it WORKS PROPERLY for them, i can look at separate instances of problems, knowing its not everyone...

i recently joined an officer circle and it's working fine for me.

so each officer (of teh 10) shuold get about 460mil a turn from you.
they all do - what do you think they shoudl be getting?

I think the problem is still recurring. When I reset my officer giving rate from 30%, down to 10, and back to 30, they get the income they should be getting. Unfortunately though, usually after the turn change, their income goes back down by a few hundred mil. This happens to all of my officers, and although I would be able to keep on resetting the rates, I can't while I sleep, and then my officers just lose out on a ton of naq.
