What do people have to do for those titles?

I have searched the forum for it, but i couldn´t find anything. I don´t know, where to put this question, so i´ll ask here
What do you need for the title of God/General/Sepreeme Commander...?
I have an officer with the rank 2500+ and she hes no title and i have a newbie as an officer. His rank is under 5000 and he already is a God.
jop, and what do you need for the title of Elder God/5 Star General/Absolute Commander......?
I don´t know the replicator titles, hmm...I think First is the lower one, am i correct?

You will get the rank of first/supreme commander/god/general if you become someone's commander.
The second/fleet commander/first prime/colonel ranks are given to you by your commander if they so choose.
I think you get the 5 star general etc ranks when you have 25 officers but I am not sure about this.

thanks, I have a new officer and she wants to have a title. And i didn´t knew what she has to do to became a God. She wanted to attack my first prime just to show me that she deserves his the first prime title. She is crazy

you get those titles depending on how many officers you have i think
