anything from mere minutes to emm... longer...
support@ doesnt operate on a recognizable schedule...
but if several weeks go by without response on a message, it might be wise to resend it... but whatever you do, dont try to email every single one of the @stargatewars.com emails... that would only be counter-productive...

i got an ip excepton quite fast. Right after the other guy bought $20 suporter status we got it

ive sent admin a request for an IP exception with a friend of mine as we logged in in school from the same IP. that was like....errmmm....2 years ago and not even a reply from admin.

similar case...also figured ip exception wont help me...
Before it was me and extremer in same high school...
Now its me and blahh on same uni...
Its more toublesome to ask for ip exception every 10 secs then to do the bypass send resources...

I guess it depends on how buisy administration is at the time and how nicely you ask & argue your case/request.
I suspect they like to see more than a "can I get an exception for these two IPs, tnx".
Me and my bro got it the next day, no problemo. In general I have to say, I had dealings with the administration the grand total of 2 times (this exception and the negative naq/loose USS thing) and in both cases they`ve responded very promptly and efficiently. You just gotta explain your situation well and be polite, me thinks. Ofcourse I could be biased.

I send one since me and a friend logged in at eachothers houses (gotta stay active no matter where
)
I had a response within a week, then i got a msg saying i have IP exception followed with a msn that my account has been suspended because of cheating
(multying)
Its a funny world aint it? They said it was ok and then suspend it anyway
They solved it a week later though

yea my few dealings with admins it only took them at tops 5 days to get it sorted out cuz they rock like that
