i've recently purchased an account that i'm probably going to sell that is LG +1, but i can't get into the ascended account, the user i purchased the account from isn't online now, but he told me he had never logged in to the ascended account or anything, so how do i need to go about getting the login details? the account's main id=47394

admins can help, or see : i forgot the password

And it does not exist .... so you were scamed ...

Even if he never logged in he should know the details and else a 'forgot pass' could help.
If that all fails send a mail to admin and he will sort it out for ya if you have some patience.

Yea but if he got the ID and ID does not exist ingame of Ascendet then what could be :
- Account does not exist
- Account is deascendet and can not be shown

If he never logged in its obvious the account isnt shown because it isnt there yet it only gets shown when theres been atleast 1 login....obviously he cant be descended then either.

If thats true thats a bug that needs to be addressed if he's a LG+1 and reaping all the benifits in main by having an ascended account which no 1 can hit and isn't on vac! ~Thamuz~

Ok that i didn't know but thamuz is wright ... BUG ...

the acccount is Living god of a descended ajna, so apparently it can be hit, and this is how it was when i got it

that's his main ID. Ascended doesn't go up that high.

If he has never logged into ascended his ascended account would have the same name and password and email as when he first ascended...i guess.
