Ok, this is weird :S

When i click REALM button i get this:
Cosmic Expansion Rate 36,656,208 planet / day

When i click introspection i get this:
Cosmic Expansion Rate 41,193,750 planet / day


Only thing i can remember off when i see this is: WTH? why to hell are the numbers not same? :S

I think this is to do with going over the CAP, but i am not entirely sure

yes

The further you get over the cap the less of your daily production you get...

on the training page below where you do fleet upgrades it will say what % you get.
