Banned whitout a reson

Hello.
I don't mean to be a pain in the arse, but I got banned not knowing why. This is actualy the 2nd time this happened and the first time I got unbanned after an inspection by the game admin. And now again I have done nothing wrong bcs I don't cheat I don't have multy accounts or do anything like that bcs I like this game 2much and I don't have the time or knowlege to do that... I have read the forum and saw that I'm not the only one so I will be patient whit this and will wait for my unbann.
Please if this could happen as soon as posible!

Have you used tamperdata?
Have you put any non-numerical characters in a submission form? Like, have you tried to buy -123 weapons?
Have you recentley repaired, or sold, a large number of weapons?
Have you had, recentley, a negative number of naq?

and yet another innocent soul banned without reason. This is just getting stupid. Something should be done about this.

Go ahead. Go and mass jtest. Jason has made it clear that he has the script in place and for a reason. A user is not suspended for no reason whatsoever. It will detect an "illegal operation" and will freeze the account until it can be looked at. He did mention to me that the script was modified two days ago. Also, out of the list of recent suspensions, one account that was reported from this area shared an IP with another account, and both accounts were suspended for using "illegal" characters in a submit form that caused a weird action to occur. That triggered the autoban.

And i say again no one has a problem with the ban script, we have a problem with not being told why the ban happened and the investigation taking up to a damn month.

it's completely unacceptable, if Jason can't employ people to check the banned accounts and report back in a day or 2 he should remove the script until he can.

I once entered a "q" instead of a 1 when massing someone a few months ago...I only noticed it after I'd clicked attack...

I had that during the TO/FUALL war....so did a lot of people completely innocently....
So....I should have been banned several times by the autoban by the looks of this.....just for playing the game.....

I didn't have any - naq or big repairs or anything. No shared ip accounts on my computer. Although I have a dinamic internet ip but I don't think this would be a problem... it wasn't befroe...
Ok sorry for lefting my ID out id=72032 account name THE FLAME LORD.
Oh and I don't think that auto script bann is so wrong beucase it can find some cheaters but maybe it could be set to only send a notify to te admins so they can check if the user was cheating or not. Just my thoughts.

Thats what i was saying. "and yet another innocent soul banned
without reason". It's like they dont care. There should be people who actually want to do it or at least put in a bit of effort cause at the moment we are not getting treated fairly and people are getting tired of it.

1) Does your phone company have a terms of service? It most likely does. Stargatewars also has one, which goes like this:

Sure, people can leave if they are unsatisfied with the service provided (freely) but he makes no guarantees to the quality or timeliness of his services. Don't like it? Tough cookies. Sure, your phone company probably has a little bit nicer of a T.O.S. but your phone company and an online text based game aren't even close to being the same.
This is Jason's game, and he runs it as he sees fit. Don't like the time it takes for him to review accounts that were flagged as cheating? Again, the door is over there.
I've been playing SGW for 2.5 years now, and I appreciate all the work and effort that Jason put into building and maintaining this game. You can't expect something that is FREE to be completely and utterly perfect. You can't have your cake and eat it too.

Don't be an idiot, we aren't asking for it to be perfect, just for it not to take up to a month to unban innocent players and to inform the guilty ones inside 48 hrs why they have been banned.
if you think that's too much to ask then have fun playing, coz to be honest if things keep going like this i'm just gonna sell up and spend my free time playing one of the countless other free games out there.
Just imagine for a second it was YOU unjustly banned, you would sure as hell change your tune in a second and everyone knows it, so get off that soap box and use some of the soap in it to clean off that brown stuff i can see on your nose...

Why would this get you banned?
