You see that? That was 10 days ago and I still have not got my uu back that I lost! Yea, maybe it is just 260k uu but I dont care I want it back! I want a broker set to 46163 or I will farm it back... You talked about how OE and DDE never paid back what was owed... Well, even so you guys are not much better...

Also, FS read a lil before you make a judgment...

Ive tried catching them on msn, have sent a few pms... Pretty much Grimgor said he will NOT pay me back for the uu lost... He said I shouldnt have had that amount of naq out and he was acting like a bank... He knew we were napped and there was no need to hit and test to see if he could keep the naq... Broker me the uu lost, any of you TO and ill be fine with it and get this thread closed...

Ive tried pms ingame, and ive tried MSN it hasnt work so far so Im making it go public... 24hrs about since ive had this posted an no word from them or broker...

24hrs left!

I`m pritty sure Memento posted somewhere that he`ll be returning you the uus himself, if you insist on being a drama queen. Catch him. But wait the 24h first, I`d REALLY like to see what happens then bigshot....

In term this could become standard practice, charging for uus aswell. Oh and btw ,TJP uses only supers in their defs so that we dont have unecessary arguments as to howmuch got killed & is owed (since there is no real way to prove any of it)... unless we get massed, then we have 60% merc losses lol

2) I thought this was in the period when the NAP had ended - ie, between the old Nap extension and the new TJP one - when TO were farmed by loads of FUALL
3) I don't think TO has recieved any uu losses...just naq from broken Naps
4) If you wanted the other thread reopening then just PM FS...why create a new thread about it?
5) I would love to see you try to mass some of TO on your own

O great i can get my uu back from any FUALL members who hit me then ?
+ i can ask for all the naq back as your FUALL members didnt even pay the full naq back they said it was for there repairs...

I supose if you get your UU back it will mean i can get UU from FUALL members and full naq right ?

It is getting really frustrating seeing that TO cannot honour even a simple NAP agreement.

Just for the record:

1. It was discussed with Pef / caesar on msn 11 days ago with promises about repayment being made
2. There were several pms exchanged between the involved parties including TO HC
3. DDE extended the NAP with TO on April 29th so we had a NAP in place before the FUALL/TJP NAP.
4. If the NAP gets broken then repaying all damages is expected. From both sides. Period.

Is that so difficult to grasp?


As it stands now TO is not going to repay the damages done. Maybe DDE won't repay any damage next time when someone accidentally hits TO defenses with big strikes for 0 naq. No naq gets stolen so no compensation due right?

Maybe you should heed your former leaders advice and pm DDE HC if the matter was not solved yet. Don't forget to include the logs please.

I had more but logs only go back that far. but it's ok I've never really trusted that Fuall will keep to a NAP

contact either god shornaal or gunZ about this, they are heads of diplomatic afairs and delta HC, they should make sure that if the nap was there it all gets repayed in DMU or NAQ
