removing ascended races

I would assume this topic has been brought up before but basically I think this would work (for at least main)
Remove the ascended races in the ascended server, but add bonuses for those different races, Ori.Tolah, Indu, Anja and to main so when players do ascend, they need to think about the benefits to main, not just 5% increase all stats, etc.
So, Tolah would be good at fighting but suck at defence whilst Indu, are better at defence, poor in attack but are very good in covert
i.e Reset ALL players bonuses dependent upon ascended race they chose (but give them chance to be able to change once if they want to withina given period of time, if not they stay with that ascended race and get those bonuses depending upon how many ascensions.
Increase in stats per ascension until LG+1 and then 1% on each
Tolah Indu Ajna Ori
ATT 7% 4% 5% 6%
def 4% 7% 5% 5%
covert 3% 7% 5% 3%
assassin 7% 3% 5% 6%
Thoughts?
So an lLG+1 Tolah could have 42% ATT STATS (NOT 30%)
Would this unbalance any race , maybe rank if players use assassins?
