If you have 9999 and buy more with cash, with your 3 MT, or *If im not mistaken* you can have 0, get three people to broker you 9999 and they get 9999 yourself then accept all brokers. Not sure if the last one still works.

i would say cash spend $20 in cash on ATs will bring you over 20k in ATs

only way to get above 10k + 1 MT worth of AT is to buy with $ from the ingame market
