HELP ME PLZ

I made the biggest Noob mistake every I hope some can help me!
I just Ascended to AG and instead of trading my UU (50 mil plus) i did naq.
So now am 50 mil+ army smaller then i want to be.
Is this something Forum can help me with or am i just the biggest Noob every out 50 mil UU?

50 mil uu's is the app equivalent to 500 bil raw naq or 200 bil naq invested in raw up
