one in my alliance ascended today for the first time and he became a LG and had the abilety to buy all the bonuses too.
He didn`t get access to the ascended server.
Is it a bug and can the admin fix it?

this is true, nobody knows that happened, and we would like it fixed without his account being deleted, just set to what would be his first ascension.

The log in details for ascended are the same as in main, so ask your mate to try and log into ascended server with that info, that will confirm whether he has an account or not. You don't get a PM, e-mail or anything telling you this, i myself spent a nervous hour waiting for some sort of log in info after my 1st ascention before someone told me.

Ok, i'm assuming he traded for the account coz i checked and he's Living God, so this obviously isn't the 1st ascention for that account.

The person he traded with should have given him the ascended account to go with the main, best option i can think of is to e-mail admin@stargatewars.com and ask Sue to check what the ascended account is, it will take a while to get a response though. Include as much info as possible in the email and hopefully Sue can give your friend the log in details after confirming it's not being played by someone else, which is a possibility.

m8 until he ascended yesterday he was unascended and after what i hear he started from scratch, we will try to message the admin.

Then i have no idea what's happened, because 1 ascention should make him a Prior, Living God is 5-9 ascentions.

thats why its posted here, its probably somesort of a bug

this topic can be closed.
he talked to admin that gave him login for ascended and he got to keep his LG title.
