He bought my account off me for $400 around 3 weeks ago. He hasn't given me $1 so far. His ID is 1904701 (my old account). Yeah i know, should get money first but there are a lot of account for sale, it's a buyers market and if u can trust anybody it should be somebody that has been playing the game for the last 3 years.

Anyways i want the account banned until he pays me the money. Account would be very hard for me to sell now with all the accounts up for sale...

that account wont be banned, because scamming is not cheating. all you can do is to sit on his account

And as GC has posted already, scamming isn't against the rules.

I think it is worth a try, i'm sure the admin's intent is not to say that scamming is allowed, they are just saying they aren't going to chase people up. Pressing BAN and waiting for a response shouldn't be pushing it too much. It is up to the admin who they want in the game.
