She goes by the name of devilgirl. Her stats are very low and never change, but she is always on - throwing messages like this.

Army Size: 12,995

All you have to do is raid a good target once to increase in army size that much. Can't see how the increase in army size would be an indication of cheating.

Is that one account really giving Thors Chariot that much trouble? Just dump all those stat building accounts in your alliance under 5 million in size and that person probably can't touch you guys because she'll get the "massive armies" against her message.

Is there anything in the rules about one player immitating another?

Blacklist her. then she can't send you annoying messages.
