lol here are some stupid and/or slowminded customers. came across this site recently.
lol this ones the best
Key Shop | Chicago, IL, USA
Customer: “This electronic key does not work in my car.”

Me: “Does it turn in the ignition?”

Customer: “Yes, but it will not start.”

(I put the original and copy key in my magic decoder box and they check out fine.)

Me: “Well, let me have a look… where is your car?”

Customer: “At home.”

Me: “Well, you have to drive it here.”

Customer: “But the key does not work.”

Me: “Use your original key.”

Customer: “That does not work either.”

Me: “Okay, let me explain how this works. I make a copy of your key. If your key does not work, then the new key will not work either.”

Customer: “What?”

Me: “Let me put it like this. If you copy a paper with misspelled words the copier will not correct the spelling, because it’s a copy! What happens when you try the key?”

Customer: “The dash says ‘Code not found’.”

Me: “Well, then the problem is the car, not the key. It is not reading the code on the key.”

Customer: “So make me another.”

Me: “The problem is the car. Are you going to pay when the next one does not work?”

Customer: “No, I’m not going to pay for a key that does not work!”

Me: “So you want me to keep making keys for you until one works or I run out of them. But you will not pay for any of the keys that do not work even though the problem is your car, not the key.”

Customer: “Yep.”

Me: “Sorry, I’m just not that stupid.”

those stupid customers are rather hilarious, the chancers well, they're unlucky. i remember one entry of an angry customer calling the wrong number when trying to contact a flower shop.

LMAO, awesome.

Being a manager (temporary, and only working for the summer...)

i have to deal with this idiocitiy on a daily level...its ridiculas some of the stuff people say.

I work in furniture atm, and heres an example...

"It takes 4-6 weeks to come in from germany" Me

"I see, cant it come in from anywhere else?" Customer

"No its only made in germany" Me

"What if i go to anouther company" Customer

"No, its still only made in germany, germany is where the factory is located, there is only one factory" me

"I think i'l try anouther company" customer

"Only made in germany..." me

THIS ONE IS AMAZEING!"!!

Me: “Thanks for calling Internet Tech Support, Emily speaking.”

Customer: “Yeah, I was looking at this porn site, and now I can’t get it up anymore.”

well i agree these are good examples... but a few times ive come across salesman who act as though its our privelage to shop from them... it really aggrevates me when i find a place that sells what i want... i know what im talking about... yet the salesperson acts as though im an idiot. customer service should always be at the forefront... even if the customer is a completely ignorant git

Stupid employees that know nothing, yet think they know everything is a big problem with gaming stores like Game Stop and EB Games. Because they think they "work in the industry", they think that they automatically know more then you and that if you disagree with them then you most be wrong and they most be right. Because they "work in the industry" and know everything whereas you don't "work in the industry" so you know nothing.

While it's always fun to have a good chuckle about idiots, it's incredibly annoying to be trying to buy something only to have an idiot tell you it doesn't exist and argue with them for hours knowing it does, and that is the only place you can get it for whatever ungodly reason.

basically exactly what i was thinking :P
