If you run out of name changes in ascended, or buy an account with no name changes in ascended, is there anyway to get more?

There's some information here:
viewtopic.php?f=30&t=92186Basically, if you trade 3 MTs for a name change in main, you also get one in ascended (to a maximum of one?).
You may also be able to get one if you descend someone else (to a maximum of one), though noone seems to have confirmed it.
Not sure if the 3 MTs are limited to a maximum of one name change in ascended.
