Naq farms, Good Raids

Hi all, I dont know where to post this so I'll post here.
Im looking for some decent Naq farms/Raids. Obviously I will be paying handsomly
No body in the server war, only income above 4bil/turn, and raids of 70K raw UP a day.
I will be paying 5 times the amount of income they make a turn for every farm(must be defenceless and innactive), and the raw UP for raids.
so a 5.1bil farm, 0def, 3998ATs = 25.5bil naq for you, 110k raw up, 0def, 4000ATs = 110K uu for you.

even if u'd give me 25 bil for a naq farm, u'd get more from it
in a day

some people cant farm as much and have no use for them any more. and its not like i can, unless i want to sit with window open and watch my computer clock until 10:05:14, then make hit on them. but i not that addidicted. i am also happy to trade targets with anyone.
they include people from over 16bil downwards
and 130K raw up raid targets
