Anyone who leaves and pays tribute to these bullies, will be massed by me whenever i`m in the mood, for no other reason than to show you that either you stay, either you quit definetely.

I don't quite understand. Are you saying if I wish to leave the war, I have to pay you naq? So you are basically saying: pay me resources or we will continue massing you?

well if anyone is stupid enough to pay you then i would say they need to pay TA, because they are the guys putting their army size where their mouths are. And i would think TA are well above such petty attempts to extort players, i'm wondering if you guys actually discussed this extortion racket with your allies.
Oh, and 4th'd for anyone who does pay up, you will be repeatedly massed whenever i can be bothered, whatever you pay i will make sure you lose at least 50x as much.
