Ok im not sure if this is a bug or just how it is meant to be.

Here are the figures..

beginning UP - 15,812 /day (28,082 total)

i am my own CO and i am rank 3 happiness so nice bonus

ok then kikaz joins as my officer... (my only officer other than myself)

his UP is - 14,802 /day (21,167 total) (not sure what it was before he joined me)

my UP after he joins - 15,812 /day (29,352 total)

my income change is something like:
Before- 270m
After - 185m

so im losing 30% of my income but only gaining... ~10% of his raw

just some clarity on what these figures should be would be great

According to my calculations it was about 7% . I see that you were getting 8.5% of the raw up.
Probably it has something to do with happiness . I am waiting for the answer too
