Remove perg or remove non-transferrable ATs

I would like to sugest removal of perg. Perg suposed to be for smaller players who doesnt have much time playing. Perg has been abused by perg alliances, which have stoped the growth in perg. The smaller players cant play there without fear of getting massed.
The other idea is to remove non-transferrable ATs made on the market, so there would be no massing in perg. If someone in perg wants a war, then he will have to go to normal to fight.

Don't go trying to fix things that aren't (too) broken (yet).
'bullying' on all levels exist, and isn't going to go away even if we made a realm for all tiers;
1 for 1 - 25 mill
25 to 50 mill
50 to 75 mill
etc

every time i start to have bad thoughts, or think of going to perg, I think to myself over and over

This is a war game, Perg is for the people who want to hide and be far far away from War...
Perg should be deleted and banished!!!
