Well I just massed a few people for the fun of it... well... 2 accounts were for farming... the others were 50% of their armies massable...
Nitro with his 9 bill D and 180k spies ran to vacation mode... I'll see you in 2 days...

he just sells main resources to buy the USS's you doofus, so it doesn't cost him SQUAT except a small amount of hassle arranging the deals.

I think it buys both actually
and then you pound everyone that laughs at you into the ground...so yeah spending money is pretty awesome
especially when someone makes enough naq on main each week to easily afford a $50 USS
