ok the story goes something like this, i started playing bout 2.5 years ago and i had to quit due to real life problem 
i was known as dagruth then and i had ascended bout 2 - 3 times since i came back i started to ascend and i keep bee told i cant ascend with my current user name something to do with getting identies mixed up in ascend so i have to change my name as you can imagine this is very annoying, basicly i have to buy 2 name changes before i can ascend and then iv only 1weeks worth of MT to trade with out of 3.
could you look into this for me please my current ingame name is tackless shadow was there another tackless shadow before me? i searched in acended and couldnt find anyone with the name, if it help i change my name to lmnop so i can ascend also my ID is 1927470
please help me as i want to ascend the whole way but couldnt be bothered if iv to buy 2 name changes every 3 weeks
Ps if this is in the wrong place sorry but it seems to be an admin issue
