Ascended but didnt recive points

I ascended today to a Living God
I got about a lot of numbers, dont know right now exactly to this "Convert Your Ascended Power Points (AP)into Life Force" and i converted, and then i dont know how and why but the points dissapeared once i logined a few hours later
If the admin could please look at my ascended account
name = deidara
id = 4310
And give me my points back.. u can check the ascension and everything, i ascended with a 66k raw up, i think i should get a lot of points or something, please solve this problem

did the points disappear or did your lf cache disappear? also, points do not convert 1-1 into lf cache.

did you have empty/low reserves? or empty/low Life Force?
it could be that converting it filled those?
your best bet is to email the game admin.

on the contact us page on SGW it states it can take up to 2 weeks for a response.
But I think it will be resolved for you just hold in there
