Message between perg/main

Players in separate realm could not exchange messages. While i agree with this, I would keen to have the ability to send messages between commander-officer. Currently, commander is able to send inter-realm mesages to the officer (using send to all officers function), but the officer has no ability to reply. Besides, the commander may also only want to send messages to a specific officer, and he is unable to do so. Please consider.
