I belive that the whole thing about the word 'an us' being banned from the forums in not only text but sigs also is creating more of a mess than a solution. I believe that people have the right to express there opinions to a ceartan degree, and just because someone says its not cool or its not funny, doesnt make it wrong to have. There are many other sigs out there with alot worse things. If you can use ass on the forum but not 'an us', there is something truly wrong because ass is actually a cuss word and 'an us' is only a body part.

Ass, is not a cuss word. But if you use it correctly it violates the rules. It's all in how you use the words. If you are engaging in a discussion about body parts...then yeah, it shouldnt' be filtered.
GIVEN that I have NEVER seen anyone discuss said body part just to do that....but instead put in siggy's of shoving triangles in said reason, or putting it in said region, or other sexually explicit remarks...I say the ban should stand until such time as the war is over and a non-biased approach can be reached.

hmm Well i agree with you but the thing is the word Anu s is used in meanings in derogitary and sexual acts; and as children play the game images of tamely nature wouldn't want to be leaving into the their young impressionable minds. would it?

Moved to correct place.
Secondly still dont condole even tho you wanna have it removed you break word filter i will like all to refrain from breaking the filter when talking here unless a admin give permision to do so.
But i dont think this topic will stay for long as there already been a big discution made by smooshable on the issue of sigs and this word and its also being worked on but i will let it stay open for now.

Well, anus is part of a body, now the interesting thing is that the word 'ass' isnt filtered, but isnt 'ass' more "offensive" then anus?.. right?
so how come anus is filtered and ass isnt?

Also, i agree it shouldnt be put into sigs to mock someone, but sigs like "f'n u all up the janus', like the RM one..
Isnt breaking any rule, i got a official thingy for holding it, while it isnt breaking any rules.. i dont get that.. if you think we're trying to "Filter evasion" with it, you just have a sick mind

it's a stupid rule. a few people are crybabies and nobody can say the medical term for a persons ass. Ass doesn't seem to be on the filter btw.

we agree with pianomutt... keep it banned till it is used for stuff other than to insult... we have yet to see it used for those supposedly medical purposes you claim... and we've been here well over 2 years...

well it is used in a derogitary way, but the thing is "An us" is used in a sexual meaning and as impressionable children play the game it is indeed unsuitable for them to heard. would you like your child under 10 to know all about anal and stuff like that?

It isn't a stupid rule. People are stupid that wanne piss of others.
AND let me say this for the last time Kids. Read carrefully Anu's in a game/forum = none sense. It isn't even a part of the game. Maybe ur eyeballs are spinning while looking at the forums.
But that isn't our problem its urs so go visit a doctor and ask INFO about Anu's if ur so curious about that word and what it means.
And also ask for an EYE test cus its Janus not Anu's so people go to an doctor and let test ur eye's and do not forgot to check upstairs in that head of urs aswell cus it probally has the size of a pinda.

GO look at the defenition of it. And those who say that word actually insults themselfs and the forums doesn't have rules for insulting urself.

1. i doubt ANY child under 10 would be able to play this game, sorry.
2. children that young also watch things like family guy. plus if they have older siblings theyre most likely exposed to it already. if you're so concerned, why dont you ask the admins to make a 10 and under section for the forums?
3. if the parents of the children are concerned, dont let them on the forums/on the game.
4. these words are used to poke fun at people. i doubt anyone here can say they havent poked fun at their friends with "derogatory words".
