That is a mod secret...if you can figure it out you can apply (asking another mod will not help as immediately forget after completing the program).

You must have experience modding on these forums before you can apply to be a mod...you then undergo extensive training to be prepared to gain experience.

To confirm Thade's statements regarding the training program; I have no idea what he's talking about.
